Introducing Global and Local remote

Here is a new update we think you should be excited about.

We would now be listing Jobs Zone according to 2 major categories: Global and Local remote and this is what it means.

Global remote: This are jobs that are available to people from all over the world and you can also work from home or anywhere you are.

Local remote: This are jobs that are available to people resident in a particular location or natives of a particular location.

For instance, if a company is in Texas and has local remote jobs available. You can apply for this job provided you are in Texas too. In another instance, a company may have jobs available, but it is for Canadians and Australians alone, then we classify this as "Local remote too". One way to quickly see local remote jobs is to allow location on your app but remember to turn it off to see global jobs again.

All opportunities under the Work (Task) Group remain remote and global too.

Here is the difference between Job Zone and Work (Task) Group.

Job zone consists of full-time remote opportunities usually for those who need full time job

Work (Task) Zone consist of Part-time/Freelance opportunities for those who need to make passive income or work at will.
